Return Window
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery. The return window begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery, not the date of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip)
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned. If your item falls into a non-returnable category, this will be noted on the product page before purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@elysiumhealthlink.my with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in our instructions.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping cost, depending on the return method. There is no restocking fee.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1–2 business days to confirm it meets the return conditions. If approved, we initiate the refund immediately.
- Refund initiation: 1–2 business days after we receive the return
- Refund to original payment method: 7–10 business days after initiation, depending on your bank or card issuer
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer store credit or cash refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before it ships by emailing info@elysiumhealthlink.my. If the order has already shipped, you may return it under the standard return process.
