Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Orders placed from non-serviceable areas will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

- Transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States. No shipping charges are added at checkout.
Carrier and Tracking
We ship via reputable third-party carriers selected at the time of dispatch based on destination and package size. The carrier name is not guaranteed in advance, as we select the most appropriate service for each order. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor delivery progress.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days of order placement (1–2 days handling + 3–5 days transit). Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Duties and Taxes
Because we ship only within the United States, no customs duties or import taxes apply to domestic orders. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
